I know ZOS has lots to deal with but the scroll issue should be addressed at some point. Now over the past few months lots of things have supposedly been done to prevent players from gaining access to the scroll temples when the gates are not open. Well lets face it apparently its not fixed. Might I suggest that the scrolls be made non-interactive unless the gate is open. Here is the problem.

Around 9am today EST time this is what I logged into.

No population but EP are night capping EMP and scrolls being taken while no one is on but EP

Now If you notice All the southern gate keeps are still yellow but look at the scroll moving across the map.

I don't think anyone would care if they had just taken the time to take the keeps and thieve the scrolls. But to glitch the gates and swipe it is simply cheating the mechanics of the game. Should ZOS do something about this? Yes it's their responsibility to ensure the game they created is fair to all. I hope ZOS steps up and fixes this issue instead of turning a blind eye to the patrons who follow the rules when playing.

According to post 1.6 patch notes Dragon leap will no longer allow you to leap up to the gates in order to gain access to the temples when gates are closed.

Just in case players are concerned with the authenticity of the images you can right click on the images and view properties that will confirm todays date.

ambush still works if there is a rock that lets you get up high enough and in range of one of the guards

Not only has the ability to still be able to jump into the gate using gaurds been reported, players have sent videos (i know this first hand) to the developers to show them EXACTLY how its done. Last person i personally know who demoed this was about a month ago and never got a reply.

So sadly, ZoS thinks its fair game =/

Sorry about the exploiting. It is no ones fault but ZOS, but the bolded section in your quote is just BS man. Contrary to this forum EP is not the only faction that night caps, zergs, exploits or lags the server.

Night capping for some factions, mid-morning capping for others, unless you are in a different time zone or work nights, in which case it is prime time capping. I've seen blue roll over red when on AS when red had minimum pop. It's just the daily cycle.

If people are worried about this, don't blame players for their time zone/work schedule, ask ZOS to make it harder to take/keep large numbers of enemy strongholds with things like domination penalties related to over-extending (which would make the enemy keep bonuses more meaningful).

Just going to throw this out there but when I saw the scroll of Mnem being run by EP at this time, it was taken from Fort Rayles and EP were messing around by running it down toward AD's territory, then back north to where it was captured rather than past Dragonclaw, which was under DC control and they wanted it back at Rayles.

Short version: The Elder Scroll of Mnem that was taken in this complaint was actually stolen from Fort Rayles in DC's possession, not from AD's Temple of Mnem so no one "glitched" in to get it.
