I have been taking peaks every now and then and normally this place booming with posts..
But recently it seems like it total opposite.
Why is it so quiet? Is everyone too busy playing?

The last great offense was the locking of our discussions about linking items and text chat in ESO's console version.

I've been on these forums since early beta. They are as active as they have ever been. Activity spikes after major announcements, and drops when there is no recent news. Don't you worry. As soon as consoles launch and console players realize this is the place to come and gripe, this forum will be buzzing again.
Besides that, console gamers have their own forum, which we PC gamers can not enter.

Do you mean their own section of these forums, or their own forum with all of these same categories?
If it's just a sub section on these forums, then they will still come here for general discussion.

IMO, part of the reason the forums aren't doing so well is that many original players came back when the game went B2P, with hopes that old bugs, glitches, or shortfalls had been fixed - only to find that they hadn't.
So what's the point in continuing to post?
For example, I'd argued during beta that all quests should be groupable (i.e. no forced-solo quests), but my arguments fell, and continue to fall, on deaf ears. So why continue to post, since I know my in-game tickets and posts bear absolutely no fruit?
