why is it that i need to fight over ppl talking about there body fat % when trading stuff in zone. Why do i have to listen to guild with there book long we are recruiting for a guild that will probably not be around more then a week so come join. Why can't i look for a group and not have to post it a 1000x cuz these ppl in zone are talking about there dinner, and then be accused of spamming when im posting it every 10 mins. Please for the love of god put in LFG TRADING and SOCIAL chat channels. I can't even understand why you would have not put in chat channels other then the few we have. And i am aware the game has changed a lot well i think i should not have to listen to ppl all day writing a book in chat about there guild or, the 1000x i hear where is the bag merchant.Now I'm also aware of this being a MMO but i should be able to pick what chat channels i want to be in more then just having on giant zone chat for LFG GUILD RECRUITING AND TRADE AND SOCIAL

I'm pretty sure people will use the chat they feel is being observed the most for trade, lfg, guild spam and other garbage. You're not going to get away from seeing people ask for help either (ie: the bag merchant). It sounds like you just need to turn off Zone chat and maybe smoke a cigarette to relax bro. ha-ha.3 -

Exactly. Doesn't matter how many channels they have people would still use some chat as they currently do. It's the same way in every game I played.0 -
Now a global LFG chat would be awesome,i hate being in grahtwood trying to get a group and not being able to do other stuff while im waiting.1 -

i have played many many MMO's and most chat channels are used i mean LFG and trade are always pumping with LFG a chat and trade chat.. And yeah this was a bit of a nerdout not going to lie kinda of half venting post and half suggestion0 -

im not saying everyone will use the channels right but lets face it most of us will.. And all I'm asking for is to be able to turn off social TBH all i want on me is trade and LFG and my guild the rest i do not need me. Now that does not mean joe blow dose not want to see ppl saying WTB or WTS or LFG some ppl hate that so it works both ways0 -

yeah but A no everyone is on the same content. and B when the grouping tools do not work this is where LFG comes into play.0 -

A - when ppl have no zone chat the behavior changes so you'll have more ppl doing stuff vs sitting around spamming text. It's likely that ppl will play with others placing at least 2-4 ppl in common ranges more often
B - the grouping tool works fine. The problem is everyone is telling everyone it doesn't work. This is why ppl are using zone chat as a crutch
