Earlier today I submitted a support ticket but I've just found an answer to my issue a couple minutes ago. Is there any way that I can remove my support ticket as it's no longer of any use?

✭There's no way for you to access tickets directly I'm afraid, you'll have to let CS process it and generate an initial reply, after that you can simply ignore it and it'll get closed automatically a few days later.0
