Character load issues since last patch

So ever since the last patch I have gone from 5-10 seconds for my character to load into the game from the character screen to several minutes. It doesn't matter what time of day it happens all the time now. Any load screen I'm stuck for several minutes now.

Tashira✭✭✭Try deleting the ZO_ingame.lua file in the Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\SavedVariables folder.
This seemed to shorten the duration of loading for me0
