The lesson to be learned from Blackwater Blade is that players enjoy a big battle that is pretty fair all around. As is stands right now BWB is the best campaign to play in for some great PVP but it doesn't have to be that way. Once some of these characters hit VR 1 the only option they have is to enter another campaign with all levels and most likely get owned by VR 14's, which can be deflating.

So my recommendation to ZOS is to add more campaigns but make them special campaigns. I can't take full credit for this idea, me and a friend.guildie of mine were just chatting about this and our ideas meshed. They should add 2 or 3 more campaigns. One would be a VR 1-5 campaign, another would be VR 6-10. I don't feel another for VR 11-14 would be necessary, usually by VR 10 you are pretty survivable in most fights.

This would ease people into PVP and also not get them to get so frustrated they play something else, because no one likes being owned over and over just because you're "under leveled". Not everyone enjoys the vet zones and might feel that they are forced to level in PvE in order to PvP and be effective. Adding these campaigns would alleviate a lot of frustration by lower VR's and even make them grow with some other players just like the rest of us did at the original launch.

or they could just drop vet levels and make everyone lvl 50 like they said they would do.

Very true however that is probably going to be a lot more complicated for ZOS to do then even they originally thought. I mean what happens to all the material for VR 1-14 for all the crafting professions, even Enchanting. At this point it might be easier to just leave the VR ranks in and just make it more fun for those who do not want to PvE.

At least this method will get players to grow together, form tactics themselves and even create new "elite" guilds in each faction. This will make the all level campaigns more competitive as well because those guilds will grow and actually stick around and be able to compete with guilds like Havoc, Mega Best Friends, Guild of Shadows, your Umbra, Misfitz, Alacrity, Decibel etc.

this is what i suggest for long time. not sort according to time spend but levels. btw make one campaign for vr1-vr13 is enough for a start. only to avoid overgeared vr14 is big hit enough

While I agree that different campaigns would bring a lot of diversity, I don't think V1-5 would help since many players want to play with their guildies, which are V14.

But some settings like no AOE's/structure's have 50% less HP/NPC's are 25% stronger/all CC effects lasts 50% longer and cannot be removed/only AvA rank 15 and below, might be very interesting to explore.

I love the idea of more and different campaigns!

If I were to make a suggestion for a new campaign it would be for levels 10-49 (just like BB) but without the Battle Leveling option and Champion Points would have no affect on your character while in Cyrodiil.

Playing on BB has been a ton of fun but honestly I am not a big fan of how Battle Leveling was implemented and how it makes gear almost completely useless.

I do love how Battle Leveling puts everyone who uses it on a level playing field. BB is a great campaign to go to and learn the basics of PVP.

When I first jumped in I was all jumpy and panicky every time I saw an enemy or group of enemies. It took time to be comfortable enough to actually start trying to kill people instead of just trying to stay alive. After getting past this step, BB really offers nothing else.

I know that high levels would dominate a campaign like this, but shouldn't a high-40s hero dirt on a low-20s hero without much trouble (assuming they are similarly skilled players)? People also might take twinking to a whole new level (ie: level 46+ with all gold gear / enchants) but if someone wants to spend their gold/AP/crafting mats on a low level character then more power to them.

Just my 2c. Good topic OP
