I was wondering if I could buy the $20 transfer if I haven't got a console yet? I plan to get one soon but I don't have one at this time.
Also, will my characters be waiting for me if it takes me a month or so after launch to get a console?

Fyrakin✭✭✭Technically its not a transfer, but a copy of what you have on live servers. Copy event will occur only once. It will happen when console servers will be ready for service. If you don't have a console yet but plan to get one later and would like to have your character copies on console server - you can safely order this service.
