Could uneligible player pay for PC to Console transfer on Jun.9th while console launch?
Hi ZOS,
I'm a PC layer just purchased the empire edition and started to play ESO on PC since last July 8th, only 8 days behind Jun. 30th and I was classified into uneligible player who could not receive the $20 service for PC to Console transfer! It's really BAD news for me!! My questions is that could the uneligible PC player (who started to play ESO on PC after Jun.30th, 2014) choose to pay a new service for PC to Console transfer on Jun.9th while console launch?

At this time, the PC to Console transfer offer is only available to those players who purchased the PC / Mac game from The Elder Scrolls Online PC/Mac Store or a retail store and redeemed their game code by 6/30/14.
