Can't buy PC->PS4 update with paypal

Hey there,
I've been trying ( through many devices) to buy the digital PS4 update. Althought everytime i select paypal and then confirm the transaction (the moment it redirects you back to ESO website) i come to a blank webpage. Always! So i can't buy it, i tried with 2 paypal accounts, w/ both debit and credit and it all comes to the same white page. In the end I didnt receive any confirmation email. As i tried different accounts/ cards and also different PC«s (and even an iphone) i guess its not a problem with my acc. I truly hope you can help me,
