Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

- More character slots; am willing to pay for this.
- Master and Grandmaster Crafter perks.
- Player housing (a start would be to see what solo quest areas might be suitable for housing after you finish that quest)
- Solo guilds with full guild bank and guild store rights; am willing to pay for this.
- Dye customization for costumes of all types, shields and weapons.

There will undoubtedly be a lot of overlap in responses. Still, great thread idea. Overall I am very happy with the game and tend to be a "cosmetics" type of guy.
1) Dyes in the Crown Store.
9) 'Steampunk'-like inspired gear and weapons. Undoubtedly controversial, perhaps not desired by many, I just like Steampunk fashion. Perhaps there could be a filter for those who did not wish to view it. Anyhow, doubt this will ever occur.
10) World events. A zombie plague for instance. Maybe it would require the factions to temporarily unite to actually defeat the source and return the world to normal.
I have many more ideas, but this is already TLDR for most I imagine.

i will not begrudge you your opinion, however allow me to share my contrasting opinion on some of your choices
1. There are some things that should remain obtainible, purely, by playing the game. the achievment=dye system is a great way to get people to get our there and get them achievments
9. the closest to steampunk the TES universe should ever get is the dwemer, and the fact they are extinct is a good thing. i would prefer TES remain fantasy genra for as long as it can. thats not to say in TES7 or 8 i wouldnt mind seeing some technological advancment, but in ESO, which takes place in the 2nd era, i dont think steampunk fits whatsoever
10. i love the idea for world events, however if i may, id rather it not change the world overly much, i dont want GW2s living story here, where they will decimate whole towns and cities for the sake of a story. Roleplayers need those towns. Maybe when they do a event like that, they release a pve instance of cyrodiil where everything is all messed up, keeps are being attacked by whatever the problem is at the time, and all the factions call a peace to deal with whatever is happening, allowing cross faction partying to deal with new dungeons and pve keep assualts

4) New NPC Guilds and Guild Abilities (Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, Companions, Blades, etc)
5) Randomized Quests for NPC Guilds (kill the monster, rescue the citizen, retrieve the magic artifact, steal the diamond, etc)
6) More Player Guild Content (Guild level quests, objectives, houses, achievements and controls, ala Star Trek Onlines starbases)
7) More Weapon Lines (Polearm, Crossbow, One Handed, Unarmed, etc)
8) More Clothing Options (regular clothes, nobles/commoners of each zone, etc)
9) Barbershop and More Customization Options (change appearance, add tattoos, new hair, new beards, etc)
10) Small(er) Scale PvP (look for skirmishes; 12v12 battles that affect Cyrodiil but are instanced)
11) Large(r) Scale Cave Diving (systematically generated cave networks that are more for exploration, with a side of danger and treasure)
12) Companions (more like Elder Scrolls than SWTOR, hired NPC help to give your game a little flavor)
