Hello everyone,
I would like to buy ESO (espeially Imperial Edition), but please, tell me..
- I prefer game straight on Steam (Because I have there all in my library, you have it in the cloud, steam overlay, etc..)
- I would like to have my previous account - account from beta test, and also lately promo action

So, my questions are:
- Is is possible to buy game via steam, but use existing account (I mean ESO account, ofcourse not steam acc)
- Also it works like other steam games, so I will have it in the library,.. Like I wrote above ?

Thank for your respond

Steam is a separate company. I've seen similar requests and the answer in those other threads was no. It's possible things have changed since then.

After you buy the game on Steam you have to redeem the Code on an existing ESO account. That can be an account from the beta or any other valid ESO account.

You then will have the game in your library just as any other Steam game.
I have approximate knowledge of many things.

    Greetings @xxxvodnikxxx !

To clarify this, the Steam version of ESOTU is a different version of the game than the regular digital or physical versions.

If your beta account does not yet have a copy of the full game applied to it, you can purchase ESO via Steam and apply that code to your existing account. However, if you have applied a full game key to it already, you will not be able to link an existing non-Steam account with the Steam version of ESOTU.

Please be sure to let us know if you have further questions!

    In fact:
    1) I have existing Steam account
    2) I have existing ESO account

    - On steam acc I already have other games ofcourse
    - On Eso Account I havent nothing more than "Beta Access" and "Welcome Back Weekend Account Activation" (no ESO from "subscribe days)

So I guess, it IS possible to buy some of edition on Steam and use existing ESO account, am I right?

Btw does that means I have to redeem code also on ESO acc, but not in steam client? And it also means I will dont have ESO in steam library or I will ? :-D

So much thanks for your respond, and also for patience :o)

After your purchase on Steam you have to redeem the code you bought in Steam in your ESO account. If that account has no full game it will accept any game code.

You can buy it on Steam, redeem the code on your old ESO beta account and have the game in your Steam library.

    So, solution:
    1) bought game on steam- it was standard added to my game library
    2) through "show key" on steam and "Redeem Code" in ESO account inserted key there
    3) login in-game login screeen via my old account

 (btw also previous character was there)
