Can't purchase ps4 character copy. Account site still doesn't accept my street address.

So I had this issue at launch.. The account site doesn't accept my billing address (says invalid address) whenever I enter it. I wasn't able to activate my game back at launch because of it.. I had to have a customer service person do it. Nor was I able to add any game time via credit card back then, So I just bought game cards which didn't require my street address to activate them once my account was active. Well now I've decided to copy my characters to ps4 for the $20 fee. But the account/store doesn't accept my street address. Says invalid address. This is the only site that I have a problem with that address. I've used that address online for 10 years or so to buy items with my credit card. I can't even put in a fake address (which gets me past the invalid address thing) but won't let me order cause my address doesn't match the one on my card.

I figured this issue would be fixed by now...a year later.

    On that same note...Not able to purchase any crowns either.

    Submitted a ticket for a call back.....instead of calling I got an email saying sorry they couldn't call me....and to try a different web browser..Same stuff I tried 100 times when the game first came out....It is not an issue with my browser..computer...I Have tried on multiple computers. Same result.

    Its Zenimax's address database..It is incomplete.

    I really need to contact support vocally. (A phone call)..Anytime i try to contact support it disconnects me before I even get put on hold.

    @ZOS_MollyH They finally got to me. Said they had to send my ticket to the processing team to do something like white list my account so I didn't have problems purchasing things

    Incident: 150424-001246 is my ticket btw though, If you wouldn't mind checking the status..haven't heard anything since yesterday.

    Just would like to get this resolved so I can get my ps4 character copy purchase before the deadline.
