Why has Zenimax no interest in fixing this bug?!

Hey there,
I'm playing TESO since beta access and had a lot of fun. But now it's really demotivating to play since i can't get invited to groups except @player name. And surprisingly no one cares cuz it's quite inconvenient.My question is: why the fish is Zenimax showing no interest in fixing it? It work fine until update 4 (i think it was 4).
Since Zneimax force group play they are just mocking all players with special characters. PvP is no issue anymore since all players use add-ons, which can't invite me automatically.
It worked before so i guess it's just a low priority issue but i think low priority doesn't need to get full payment any longer.
As far as I know, I'm not the only one having this problem and yes, i know, i can get invited by guild mates, but, belive it or not, not all of them do the pledges, not all of them play PvP, which means i have to look for random groups and... yeah u know the result, no chance to get in a group cuz "player not found".
Just fed up and thinking about quitting my payment due to the great "service".

Cherub✭Well my char name is "Gilth'ael Schattentänzer" so clicking on my name doesn't waork that easy. When in group and looking for mates, somtimes our group leader invites other people telling me, they couldn't whisper me. Even trading seems bugged very often except I start trading.
I wouldn't moan if it hadn't worked in the past. That's why I fell like Zenimax gives a sh** on this problem.Sorry for my bad english, but I'm no native speaker.0 -

✭You can ask customer support for a character rename. Strangely enough, people have reported that it seems to work even if you change the name to the same name again. Apparently, it's a character encoding glitch.
