Following your logic they would have to change the warrior to stamina regen, as there is no mundus that increases spell damage.
But I prefer leaving all of them as they are.0 -

1) There are very few gear sets with stamina regen for some reason.

No because it's a Feckin Mundas Stone! You can already put Stamina Regen via enchanting on wearable items, you can not however craft anything that gives a boost to speed except for a 20 or 30 second potion! Give me a break! ✭Yes.The last two guys in Cyrodiil running a magicka build could use it. Getting stam recovery for dodge, block and cc break is a pain in the butt if you're not using fotm. Besides, what's the point of rubbish mundus stones that no one uses? They should change The Serpent to while at it.0
