Bug with weapon attack, i given up, help pls

Greetings all
first of all i must to say - i use few addons to see my damage numbers - FTC and CLS
and for the future - its not an addon bug - because addons shows what the game returns, so dont tell me pls it addon's bug, im sure its smthing in the game
i tested last few hours with different conditions, skills, items
here you can follow my way, from 34 line:

any ideas what bugged here?
i will be appreciate for ANY KIND OF HELP to track it down....
remember - all skills gone, i did full respec and left only Agility passive

QuadroTony✭✭✭✭✭looks like the heavy armor has some hidden passive to increse DMG more than in tooltips?

There is a heavy armour bonus in the NB skill passives now.
Cant remember exactly without looking it up.Anything that can be exploited will be exploited0 -

i did full respec
without any skills UP the same bug
only with agility passive
class NB0 -

i start with it - with all skills etc
after this i did more and more simple things and in the end i did full respec
and i UP only one passive skill and tested light attack
