Getting disconnected from EU Megaserver

no one is connected cause no one can, and if u do u get disconnected after 2 minutes, prior to that ther's a terrible lag.
issue started few hrs ago with lag, now it's impossible to play at all.pls fix this.

You've used tracert and other tools to prove it's nothing to do the internet connection between you and ZOS, yes?no one is connected cause no one can, and if u do u get disconnected after 2 minutes, prior to that ther's a terrible lag.

It doesn't matter if you have a 1000 mb line in the same town as the server. If something is screwed up in between, then you're going to have issues.1 -

This. No one is suggesting that your connection is normally too slow or otherwise incapable of playing the game, they're suggesting that the problem you're experiencing is due to a fault somewhere in the (probably far more numerous than you'd expect) connections between your PC and the game's server.
If the problem was with the server then every single person connecting to that server would be having the same problem and a large percentage of them would be coming here to complain. I don't know if you've ever seen an MMO forum when there is a problem like this on the server side but there are hundreds of posts/topics about it, even within the first few hours.

✭So someone complains about ESO service that didn't consider checking his side first. Kinda a normal mistake most do now and then.
The Communty answered that the service works.....and we get moderated?
Im sure no one here was trolling or being rude. Just honest and helps someone to look for the cause of the problem instead of waiting for a reply from the part (ESO) that is working.
Kinda an odd signal from ZoS to moderating the community when it works?
