As a primarily solo PVE player, I sincerely hope they bring in Imperial City first. Sure, it's not the option that would give me personally more things to do, but even if they make up as small a percentage of the player base as this poll suggests (which I suspect is unlikely, but who knows), there really hasn't been anything new for PVP players since launch. They need new stuff more than us PVE players do.WOW! so surprised by the amount of solo players in this game. I really would've thought otherwise
Honestly I am as well. I thought PvP would have been higher considering the design of the game.
I still suspect these percentages will change a bit, but if they don't, I'd hate to be in ZOS's shoes. Do you release Imperial City first to try and draw back in some who have left or release Orsinium first to keep those here from leaving? That is of course assuming Orsinium is a mixture of Solo and Group like the alliance zones. I think at this point the only safe thing is to release them both together as one DLC, considering how long both have been promised.

I like grouping, please don't think Im playing In Vacuo constantly. But even if I am playing solo, I'm still chatting to guildies and friends - thats where the MMO aspect kicks in to.
I would love it if Craglorn had solo aspects. Especially the main story.
As a primarily solo player, I don't disagree with you. There should be more challenging group content while leveling (you can group for almost all of the content, but then it's just a faceroll - currently the group dungeons are really the only group content pre-VR), and there should be some repeatable endgame solo content as well as more group endgame content.titanofdoom wrote: »80 percent says it all...forced grouping in this day and age is unacceptable!

I can use that poll result just how I like it.
From 1-50 this game is 90%% solo, so judging by the poll results there should be more group content. You already have 15 or so solo zones. Why do you need another one?
I would love it if the only group zone Craglorn would give better incentives instead.

There are plenty of single player games that are examples of this. Why it's different in MMOs has never made sense to me.
Really?? Do you know what MMO stands for? Doesn't the second "M" stand for "Multiplayer?" Needing group coordination in a MULTIPLAYER game makes perfect sense.
I prefer solo, I don´t like to be rushed. Also, I don´t use optimized builds which would likely make me a liability in groups.

Time for ZOS to realize this aswell and start to create content available for majority of their playerbase and not locked behind forced grouping for select few only to see.
Players want to play MMOS because they want to experience a living, breathing, everchanging game world where they can trade, interact, fool around, work towards common goals, or lend a hand if they choose to for pure fun, not because they want to be forced to group and limited by others 24/7.
The game would be in much beter shape today if they realized it before craglorn, i hope the person who made a call for it was allready fired.
No matter how hard I try, I don't think I will ever understand why people buy a multiplayer game and then play solo. If I wanted to play solo, I would buy a solo game. But hey, whatever floats your boat. ESO content is at least 80% solo content anyway, so they got that right.
On the other hand, it's the more dedicated group/PvP players that keep a game vibrant past that initial solo questing stage, and often the ones that keep coming back to buy cosmetic stuff in the store etc.; so even if they form only 20% or so of the player base, their economic importance outweighs their base numbers.
No wonder MMOs are dying when one sees the answers here...

I agree.
