Does the 2 hand even hit for any damage since you went full magicka?

Yes, it sure does. Why wouldn't it? That would imply that anyone who uses Magicka would be forced to use a staff only. Where do you think "spell blade" builds come from?
If I were to go Stamina NightBlade with my 2H, it would be horrid because i would be forced to use a bow or have no ranged skills.
Seems like it will be forever with me just breaking Undaunted rank 5, but is it really worth it having Undaunted Mettle 5/1/1 or no? I currently run full heavy armor Magicka NightBlade 2H build. All attributes in Magicka and my DPS is pretty nice with self heals keeping my up and spell resist helping negate fire for my vampire Dunmer.

7/7 heavy armor =/= DPS.

Skill damages scale from your stamina. The more you have, the harder it hit. That's what psufan is trying to say I think.
Spell blade seems to be using Magicka-based skills (which scales from your max magicka), even if you are carrying a stamina weapon. You only use certain buff/boost from carrying it, but your main attack comes from magicka-based spell.
Also, bow is not horrid... Stam based blade, for example, uses actual stam-based skill.
Anyway, bottom line is, you going full heavy and magicka, but carrying a 2-hand, looks.... different. Definitely not optimal (which is fine) according to many people.

I use a 2H for RP / spellblade style. No skills from the 2H bar are used. I used my 2H to basic/ heavy attack and to block. Not a single skill aside from armor skill uses my stamina. So far, the build has been very good with HoT and damage, and the spell resist of heavy really helps a vamp get by.
I find this build much more effective than my medium armor Stamina build...lol...in Dungeons and PvP.

Can we hear how much solo target DPS you have please in long/medium term PvE battles on boss? for 1 minute at least.
Spell blade builds may be nice in theory but your nice two hander you have there scales completely off of stamina and weapon power. Your magicka has no effect in this regard.

if he's alive at the end of the dungeon and the boss died quickly does this even matter?
Well, it's all bout whatyou play
From a pure dps endgame content perspective: max dps is all that matters and thus numbers, with that build you won't have enough dps (damage per second). 10k dps+ is the norm for that content.
But for someone who's happy playing the game's regular content or even pvp is good enough if you manage to survive and finish the boss. then it's perfect

I do not use any addons, thank you for staying on topic (sarcasm). I do not use the cookie cutter builds that everyone else swarms to. I use what I think is the best for my play style, and it has been works great for me.

I wouldn't say he went off topic... you said high dps and this can really only be determined with hard numbers.. people like discussing dps builds and its always interesting but it only makes sense if you do it on the basis of hard facts... of course ur build can work for many situations and its fun for you to play and that's good! but for discussing viable dps builds you need the numbers and the situations where high dps is important..
