Zos why are you not responding to the various issues that everyone is having with your launcher ? I have been viewing these forums for over 4 hours and there has been little to no feedback from you as a company. This is clearly an issue on your part how hard is it for you guys to at least let us know that you are working to fix your launcher ? I have so many problems running this game ever since release you guys seem to break your own game after every single patch, clearly you guys need to re-invest in more qualified programmers.

    They try. But they don't have enough Developers or forum admins in my honest opinion. Best thing to do when dealing with issue, email CS.

    CS for ESO has always responded to me within an hour of my email, only once did I get a copy paste crap filled email, rest of the times they were actually helpful.

    Because it's public.

    If you make a public announcement like "We discovered an error with our launcher and we're now onto it", you may get into a ***, as people don't tend to thinking.

    Then they will take out every single word of this announcement and make their hate comments out of it. Therefore it's better to stay calm and just work on a fix.

    PLUS:
    Such errors take time. Just because some people are complaining about the same issue doesn't mean it has the same source.
    Maybe on the same day the virus scanner has been updated and the new firewall now blocks the launcher. So Zenimax responds to the error, get shitstormed, but aren't the responsibles.

    Even your thread is a reason why not to announce any problems. Four hours is just about NO time. Be aware that this is a game for you, but work for Zenimax. They also have other things to do in their spare-time then reading comments of whining players who can't even write a proper help issue.
    When did the error occur? What have YOU done to solve this error? (As not every errror related with ESO is Zenimax' fault.)
    Your written attitude will lead everyone to ignore you, because it's just rude. Try to be nice, relax, browse cat pictures on PornHub and try it again - people will be much more eager to help you.
