Cpu usage hits 80%+ on loading screen after 2.0.6 patch

Noticed it because the fans went to max for 30-60 seconds. I usually don't even hear the fans with headphones on. Just standing in the bank the average cpu use is 'stable' at ~30% and I'm running on an i5-3690. I can imagine how many others might be having infinite load screens or other problems just loading the game.

JasonSilverSpring✭✭✭✭✭Usually after a patch the first load will recompile shaders which is CPU intensive. On slow dual core machines it can take nearly 10 minutes.
Typically in a bank there are many people. The more people the more CPU use.0 -
Getting massive input lag, and when I'm holding wasd while attacking, I'm getting an error tone. Not sure if its related, but it's definitely getting on my nerves..."I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took a nerf-arrow to the knee!"0 -

cpu load while in character selection screen around 6-8%
cpu load while loggin character in maxed at 29%
cpu laod after character loaded and game running in slow indoor area 9-11%
seems pretty normal.Early bird gets the worm, but second mouse gets the cheese.0
