Hi, I have tried to submit a /bug, went through and described the problem and clicked submit - and nothing... I know there was a bug with Mac users with Yosemite due to Open GL Drivers, but has this been sorted yet? How should I submit my issue otherwise... Thanks
As Chris has stated (somewhere in the depths of this forum), reports submitted via the /bug command do get send and arrive. It's just that due to an issue the third party web browser (aka HTML renderer) has with Yosemite, that the confirmation page crashes and won't get displayed.
In other news, a recent hotfix to 2.0.5 has resolved the issues, the game right now is stable and performant (still depends on what you do and where you are, of course).

@KhajitFurTrader is correct. When you submit a /bug or a /feedback ticket in game, those reports go straight to be processed and reviewed by the appropriate development teams. You will never receive a reply to either of those.
