These are all good. Also try using your skill points to unlock some different skills that aren't part of any FOTM builds and don't compliment each other at all and try those out on your skill bar.I find the PvE extremely easy in this game. Its not challenging to me. What are some ways to make it harder?
Only ones i could think of are:
- lower level armours
- not investing in passives
- limit to 1 bar/handful of skills
- light/heavy attacks only
- fight higher level mobs
Any others you guys use?
This isnt a discussion about the difficulty of PvE, its about how to make it harder so dont go on tangents please.
Go commando style and the challenge will go up when you using only skills and a weapon. No armor or jewelry

Thinking about starting from level 1 again with a new char. Looking for more ways to make my journey from 1-vr14 harder. Seemed very easy when i last did it.

In any case, you're over-exaggeration of the adjustment ZOS made invalidates your comment anyway.
