Karamis_Vimardon✭✭✭✭I got a weapon drop back in 1.2/1.3, fire destro staff with the red ? for a symbol, no level, and 0 flame damage enchant. It's also invisible and shoots fire from my freckin' feet
Great for fireworks parties and...uhhh...doing stuff with bash

I think there ought to be a few things like that glyph in game though -
kind of like the staff of the fool in Diablo that gives you a negative health or mana bonus.. . LOL

@ZOS_GaryA if you guys aren't yet aware (last time I tested them with zero skillpoints/equipment) the top end stamina cost reduction glyphs provided 212.(something) cost reduction yet the Tooltip displays 200. The top end Magicka cost reduction glyph provides 211.(something), except for the neck which only provides 188. Can you guys take a look at this as well while you're at it?

✭Can we get some more useful runes added instead? Maybe something with racial bonuses?
Rune of adorableness- 50% more likely for khajiit to get a belly rub
Rune of moistness- 50% chance for argonians to raise the spine of gratitude when hit
Rune of arrogance- 50% more chance Dunmer are right (can only stack to 100% but never below 150%)
Rune of Drunkeness- 50% chance nods make sense and look more pretty
I'm sure more can be added =31
