Yes, with the caveat that it will still respect its internal cool down (4 seconds). So it will proc on the first target hit that the chance rolls as a proc, but then no others until that time's elapsed including in the same aoe

✭✭✭✭Absolutely, in most cases:
Weapon damage will increase the effect of any skills relevant to the corresponding weapon skill line. For instance, add WD to a bow and you will get added effect from both Light/Heavy attacks as well as Bombard or Lethal Arrow.
Weapon damage glyphs will not increase Stave skill damage, as it is based off spell damage, just as a spell damage glyph will do nothing for your two hander.
Other types of weapon glyphs (+ Shock damage, Reduce armor, etc) will trigger anytime you produce a LA/HA or weapon skill, so long as the internal cooldown has been met.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -
