Yes, with the caveat that it will still respect its internal cool down (4 seconds). So it will proc on the first target hit that the chance rolls as a proc, but then no others until that time's elapsed including in the same aoe .

Absolutely, in most cases:

Weapon damage will increase the effect of any skills relevant to the corresponding weapon skill line. For instance, add WD to a bow and you will get added effect from both Light/Heavy attacks as well as Bombard or Lethal Arrow.

Weapon damage glyphs will not increase Stave skill damage, as it is based off spell damage, just as a spell damage glyph will do nothing for your two hander.

Other types of weapon glyphs (+ Shock damage, Reduce armor, etc) will trigger anytime you produce a LA/HA or weapon skill, so long as the internal cooldown has been met.

You mean as in does a fire enchant proc if you are using a weapon skill instead of an attack? I think so.

so, not very useful in many vs me situations Thanks, I will not bother making it.
