My account turned into trial account

I bought this game week ago and have been playing since. But now when I log in it gives me "welcome back" message and when I try to write on chat it says something like "forbidden on trial accounts"

Unable to talk in zone chat is currently the only restriction I know of but I likely have all the restrictions of a trial account.
