My account turned into trial account

I bought this game week ago and have been playing since. But now when I log in it gives me "welcome back" message and when I try to write on chat it says something like "forbidden on trial accounts"

    Have no phone so I can't have support call me, and email support is likely to take days :/

    Unable to talk in zone chat is currently the only restriction I know of but I likely have all the restrictions of a trial account.

    same thing is happening on my gf account she cant talk on zone chat

    Looks like I'm able to play and chat normally now.
