Simply put. Micro. Small. You charge me 1.25 for this, .75 for that, and put enough in that store? I'll pay more than $100 a month. Proven. Just look at Iphones and their apps.
You put things for $10-$40 each? I have to internally justify each purchase, not just to my own concience, but to my wife. All of a sudden, I'm less likely to spend.
DONT take a queue from Neverwinter on this. Their pricing scheme is the reason I came to ESO in the first place.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

✭Micro transactions is so 2009..LOL look at app games and browser base game, you can drop a hundred buck into them quickly if you want, nothing micro about today's transactions that's for sure

Honestly, last time I played WoW there wasn't a store for in-game items. You could buy that little keycode generator or expansions, but nothing in-game yet.
