"Gold crafting materials are available in the game world. Obtaining them is pretty much directly related to the time spent harvesting resource nodes. Selling them through the Crown store would only save people time. As such they are convenience items. "
Would you agree with this statement?
I'm not a fan of that idea. In essence... this says to me that every single item available in game except for weapons/armor is a convenience item.... and that everything in game should be available on the crown store (with the except of weapons/armor as many people agree those would be P2W)
In the end I'm afraid ever item in game will be available in the crown store.. but not vice versa.
Meh, wanted to add a poll, but seems that's not possible unless you create the thread as such.
Thing is, though, IMHO no matter what your opinion in this is, it does fall under the definition of convenience items as given by ZOS. Unless it gets qualified further.

They do not simply make a process faster, they actully increase sat caps. For this reason, they are not convenience (such as motifs, sadly) but actual mechanics.

Everything in the game can be considered convenience, crafted sets, warlock rings, tempers, pvp & trails rewards, they can all be justified in the same way. Convenience items are literally everything currently in-game.

Which means anything guild traders sell can be in the store.
All of those items have required time to create or harvest...and any timesaver is fair game.
People go to the traders to get stuff they dont have the time or skill to get.
IF XP is fair game...what isn't ? [you don't see that in guild stores]

One could broaden the paradigm to include anything as convenience. That doesn't make it reality.
