You have still presented no evidence at all that this issue affects players in an unequal manner.

There is one EU Mega-Server and it restarts for everyone at the same server-time, thus ALL players are equally able to access the features you are talking about.

Just because you and I may live in different time zones it doesn't mean I get to access the server before you. There is only one server, and once it is up and open we call all access it.

Therefore this issue affect everyone equally.

It affects people who have jobs more than those who either don't or that have a different kinda work schedule. It does make people have to sit in front of the computer waiting for the servers to come back online in hopes of getting a vendor worth a damn and maybe not get one at all if they don't. If it doesn't affect you who cares. Stop trolling this thread and go away.

No it doesnt when people cannot log in after the update at the exact same time. It depends on where u live, hardware, inet speed. Those are factors that should not under ANY circumstance play a part in getting a trader.

Regarding what day is actually patch day - at what time of day does the patch start? Maybe I am being so US-centric that I am not realizing that the patch actually DOES start on Tuesday - wherever the first moment of the day is (somewhere in the Pacific?)...

By the way, it wouldn't take ZOS a full week to whip up an app that actually tracks bids etc. Hell, any database user with access to the database itself could get an answer in a few seconds... and ZOS has enough professionals that they could do it pretty damned fast.

I bet someone in their Customer Service Department could do it...

But it is in effect one server for login purposes.

When the server(s) come(s) back up we can ALL login from the same moment.
