I've recently re-installed ESO to replay the game since I am finally able to. Anyways, I install the game, boot it up and none of my characters have appeared. It now prompts me to make a new character. Have my characters been deleted due to inactivity?

The most common cause of missing characters tends to be players logging into a different megaserver than when the characters were created. For example, if you're logging into the EU Megaserver now, your characters may be waiting for you on the NA Megaserver!
