Same thing here. Win7 x64 here and I have had zero crashes from launch until 1.6.
I can force this to happen in one location, when jumping off a bridge in riften to get down to the crafting writ delivery box.
I also just had this happen in Davon's watch when running up the stairs towards the bank.
The game simply freezes and eventually I get the unresponsive message from Win7.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I had this crash several times after 1.6. CS has no idea what the problem is. They have reviewed my Consultants Report as well. After the patch last Monday the game did stop crashing every time I rode my horse fast. So I update today and boom the same app crash is happening only this time I was standing still. I wasn't moving, running, riding jumping or anything. Just standing during the quest in AD where you watch the students classes to see why there is such harsh treatment. Sigh.....0
