    Radeon VS Nvidia.

Seems like Radeon GPU has no issues. Nvdia GPU, no matter how high, are having issues.

And for AMD/Radeon GPU, it's mostly for middle ground (old HD 7000, R9 270/270x/280/280x).
THe lower and higher end gpus for AMD are either too weak, or have problems. However, 7000 series and R9 270-280x are the majority of AMD gpus used anyway.

For NVidia, mostly the GTX700 series is fine as well as some of GTX600 series cards. 400-500 series and 900 series are the biggest problems.

Great points you two! My previous GPU was an Nvidia GTX 760 (prior to that I had an HD Radeon 7850). Now, those did not have any problems running pre 1.5 and further back. However, I was still on an AMD 4 core CPU. Once 1.6 came out, all hell went loose. And every update after that just made everything/the game play worse and worse upon each update. As a matter of fact, 1.2.1 was my most stable build for my previous computer. LOL.

Not to gloat, nor rehash what I've said before, however to just pinpoint the differences...

I built the new PC from 32bit to 64bit in order to gain more RAM for the game. I added more RAM from 3.5g usable to 16g RAM. I switched from Nvidia to Radeon for the graphics (I did this due to since I had to change from 32bit to 64 bit, I had to buy a new MOBO, and chose an AMD CPU. After research, it was suggested to utilize an R9 series GPU to match/work best with my R9 CPU).

This actually matters only if you have AMD APU and utilize the CrossFireX Hybrid (or something like that) and your MOBO has support for it.

Otherwise it doesn't matter what gpu you are using with your cpu, as long as the gpu isn't too powerful for cpu.

Oh! Thanks. :) They may actually have mentioned that too. I most likely may have read over it. Thanks though for the info!
