You should offer free food in the game, too. You know, for all the stoners who are turning 4/20 into a four-day weekend celebration.

I can't wait to see their lovely chat contributions. Like how true happiness is like rubbing your face over a Senche-Tiger's stripes.

Give me a sale on Steam version and I'll be back for good.

Got an extra account for item storage and mail between myself for $25 around 6 weeks ago. That was good enough for me ;). If you want to use it with steam in home streaming just add it as a non steam game... Works flawlessly.

You know... I'm just sayin, but perhaps the weekend right after GTAV is released on PC might not be the best choice U:

I can't seem to be able to log in to the game...
I've tried to change my password but it didn't help either, it just says "Your login information was incorrect. Please try again."

I can access my account page and everything. :/

edit: Ok, switching from Europe Server to NA to see if it helps, which would be weird.
And it seems doing so the game reinstalls ??? what's that about..

edit 2: Aaand after a 2 hour patching (to switch server...Oo) still not working..

Anything i've missed ? It seems to be activated in the account page. (says "Account status: Active, trial")

But?? It still runs as a beta. gamebreaking lag in both pvp and pve.

A lot of Things were fixed since beta, and its good - but it often feel like ZOS fixes 1 issue, and then create 2 new issues.

Some thing worked perfect before, like no PVE lag and good horse control - now that is totally FUBAR.

Odd timing for this given there has been a significant increase in PvE lag and not just in dungeons, but all over and at varying times. Sure hope this doesn't backfire.

so by "free beta weekend" i'm assuming this means the beta players who dont own the game get to play for the weekend? or is it you get the game free but only if you login during said weekend?

I'm guessing just the normal kind of free weekend the likes steam has every now and then with random games

Thanks a lot, guys, but I'm waiting on console release! I participated in the beta because I wanted to help - there's no way this computer can handle ESO on anything but the lowest graphics settings and while I normally don't have a problem with that, Elder Scrolls titles are something different. So I'll see you all in a couple months on the PS4 server :)

Why not just buy a $400 pc deal instead ? Or throw a gtx 960 in your current machine and call it a day? You'd end up with better graphics and gameplay functions than the ps4 and be able to get in on those delicious steam, greenmangaming, etc deals, without shelling out another $60 annually for just being able to go online, not to mention way lower game costs in general on the pc?

Most modern systems can take a $200 gtx 960 or even a $110 Gtx 750ti which is around the same graphics as a console for half the price and call it a day with how little power they consume. Worst case maybe you buy some extra ram too but you'd still be way ahead compared to a ps4 buy, and a pc does more than just the games to boot. If you want to game on the TV or projector, just use an hdmi cable or any notebook with hdmi then use the free steam in home streaming function to get playing as though you were right on the desktop :). Both the Playstation 4 controller and Xbox 360 pads are well supported on the pc. Not sure if people posting in this way in general (not you in particular) just aren't aware of how far and how easy pc tech has become now or what.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck with laptops due to space constraints and needing to be able to be mobile with my PC, so switching out components isn't exactly as accessible, for one. For another, I already have the PS4 and I also have other reasons for preferring console play of this game in particular as well. Thank you, though, I'm sure that suggestion will be good for someone, if not me.

    1) What about us old beta testers who have been playing the game?

    2) Can we please get something other than that Imgakin Monkey? From what I've seen there's two other monkey pets with just different coloration. Give me a pet dragon or Baby Clanferr or something. Something seriously worth my time in the beta that isn't something everyone else can get too.

Really? My game runs incredibly smooth on the maximum settings. It might just be your Internet or PC, but it certainly isn't the game.

Edit since there's no edit button (Seriously, add that): You know, you could give us beta testers the Senche-Tiger mount... That would be very enjoyable as our beta time might add up quite a bit. Or some other unique mount like a Daedroth, or Clanferr... or dragon... or even... a mini Molag-Bal?

A pet isn't something to really brag about because it's just... there... And a monkey is... eh. A mount is something large and flashy we can show off to show we were beta testers. Yet we get something that everyone else can get too. Thanks. You've REALLY shown your appreciation ZOS.

    AW common!

ESO runs really well and rarely lags. My system may be a good rig but only become someone have problems with a software, doesnt mean its the software.

Check around. Quite a lot of players have little to no problems. Dont have the rig for it? Um....then where is the problem?

ESO needs CONTENT! ZONES! Not bug fixes.

Wrothgar for nightplay and Imperial city for evening play. Now, thanks.
ZoS need to charge for them? SURE! Just gimme!

PS4 has built in party chat. Yea a PC is capable of superior graphics but it has inferior immersion and voice communication. Graphics are one part of a game and PC lacks in other important areas. This is because PC naturally is for the individual while console is made for the masses. Elder scroll games are not about addons and damage numbers which is why the ES series will always be a console game in its purist form. Many beta testers and others planned on playing console but went PC until console release including myself. If a person wants ESO to be like a math test, then ya PC is the way to go. If people want a true ES experience than that is console in my opinion. I think people who do play PC and beta players returning should give the console version a shot because it will feel more ES and be less stressful in my opinion.

Pretty cool of u guys at ZOS to reinvite those of us who took a pass at launch to give it another shot this weekend.

I have to say, everything about this game is beyond awesome except for the one reason that left me no choice but to say "Nope, I have no desire to spend all my time in ESO doing that" What I am referring to is/was the utter lack of inventory space, and the constant need to shuffle inventory items back and forth between alt after alt just to be able to have room for all the items we clearly needed room for. I wasted a ridiculous amount of time switching characters, going to the bank and moving stuff from one alt to the other and in the end it looked like ESO was nothing more than a miserable grind to circumvent an unnecessary need for inventory space.

So, again, thx for the invite but would someone be so kind as to sorta just let me know if this has changed at all orrrrrrrr... I mean cuz I probably wont bother playing again if it hasn't.

Thx again ZOS u guys are awesome and have made a beautiful game, looking at the trailers still puts a smile on my face, being pretty big Elder scrolls fan since Morrowind.

Provisioning has been revamped, such that there aren't as many ingredients in existence (recipes aren't faction-specific any more, so most of the ingredients that were only for differentiating them went away). On the flip side, more or less all ingredients are now used at all levels, so...depends on your playstyle I suppose.

Sounds like a yes and no, but an honest one so I appreciate that.

As far as playstyle goes, I always prefer to be able to just sit back and solo if I want to, or interact with whatever clan if I want to, but to not be restricted by the game into doing one or the other.

Right now I'm playing a game that I wont mention, since I am not here to advertise for it and I am just bringing this up as a reference, but basically I just joined the biggest clan that seemed to have the most low maintenance, laid back "just do your thing and we will be here if you need us" attitude, and as a result I have access to all the best perks and facilities in the game without having a ton of drama to deal with. It's cool cuz i dont really say a lot in clan chat but I'm always ready to help anyone who needs it and vice versa. I don't really play games to have a social life I sorta play games to get away from all that lol.

Point being, if I'm still required to hand over all my stuff to some clan just to have enough inventory space (that's how it was when the game lauched I don't know how it is now) then thats sort of stressful situation when I'm trying to relax and play a video game. I say stressful cuz I prob spent a stupid amount of time gathering those resources and to have to turn it over to a clan for public consumption... and then have to worry about the social ramifications of taking what I need vs comparing that to what I put in is giving me way too much to worry about while im trying to relax and be completely irresponsible and unproductive in real life for a few hours.

I don't suppose there's been any real change in that system at all either.. idk maybe I can see if I can find a really laid back clan that doesn't come with responsibilities so that I can just level up and enjoy the game.
