It's been 2 days since my sub ran out and customer support sucks. According to cs "I just checked your case in our system and noticed that you've already logged in successfully." If this was the case, I would have been subbed to the game again.. I don't have issues getting into game(if that's what this guy is talking about). I have issues logging into my account. This is my original message to cs:
"I'm trying to log into my account to re-sub to ESO and for some reason it's saying I'm logging in from a "new" location and have to enter a code sent to my email. Ok, np. The problem is it's been about 2 hours now and still no code has been sent. I even tell it to send me a new one and still nothing.. I've tried adding the two emails(as suggested by this site) to allowed lists and still nothing.
I don't remember ever having this problem in the past. Usually I get my code and there's no issue."
This is what I'm getting:

The code never gets sent though.. No matter how many times I tell it to resend or try to log into my account.
