**FIX**Launcher Redownloading Game
In your launcher under the news section there is game options drop down menu, click on it. press cancel in the drop down menu to cancel download.
Now re open the game options frop down menu and click repair.
It will now verify your files and do a maybe 100mb download.
If this doesn't fix it, you can always bypass the launcher, go into your Zenimax Online Folder, Game, start the ESO Application.
