Random loading screens while exploring, dungeon delving etc

Decided to start my own topic on this ridiculously frustrating and annoying BUG which has been in game for what seems like ages which has neither been fixed or acknowledged by ZOS.

So why exactly is this still happening after the numerous updates etc? Forces me to alt tab out, close the game restart only to end up ages away from where I was.
Please respond/acknowledge.

    It's most likely the most extreme form of rubberbanding. Like your client can't keep up with loading the environment and will force you into a loading screen. This can be a client side issue or a client-to-server connection issue
    I have approximate knowledge of many things.

    Have this issue too, in deshan went from one side of bank to other, bam loading screen, actully had to close the game as I was totally stuck for ages.

    I know a lot of people with superior gaming rigs and no internet issues that this is happening to as well. Might be different if they would acknowledge the issue and outline steps they are taking to resolve it, but easier to blame the customer, particularly if there is no clue on HOW to fix it. I like the game and the changes that ZOS has tried to make, but the best game in the world is a fail if it's too buggy to play:(

    Back in the olden days of beta, getting stuck in stairs/buildings/rocks/other objects was an enormous issue, as was falling through the map. People would have to /stuck a hell of a lot, myself included, because reloading the UI didn't move your character out of that object or render them back on the map instead of under it. This was also a pretty big issue through the early months after official release, at least up until a few months. Not sure about afterward b/c I stopped playing for quite some time.

    After I started playing again about a month or two ago, I noticed a change. I have only once fallen through the map (and that was a very specific thing where an enemy NPC pushed me a certain way into a small "gap" in the map), and I no longer fall through/get stuck in stairs or other objects that have loaded but not fully rendered. Apparently this was something that happened in an older patch.

    Some posts in the *BUG* thread that was linked suggest that this fix has resulted in the random loading screens that keep popping up. I have them all the time; some are in regular areas, some are absolutely out of the blue. For instance, I use Riften for most of my banking/crafting/Legerdemain stuff b/c the bank, crafting hall, and Refuge are all literally right next to each other, not to mention a Cooking Fire. As I move past the little pavilion thing right before the bank/crafting hall, I'll get a loading screen if I haven't been there yet during that session. The stairs to the crafting hall and bank aren't fully rendered until after the loading screen; on the rare occasion where the loading screen doesn't happen, I've discovered going into the bank results in a white expanse with only certain things having loaded, such as tables and sacks. So in these cases, the game is certainly doing normal loading and I suppose these aren't real "random" instances.

    However, the completely unexpected ones...They happen ALL THE TIME, sometimes mere moments after a previous loading screen. The worst is when they happen in combat and you end up dying because some random part of the map decided to choose that moment to fully load in, causing a loading screen where you were still taking damage despite being unable to do anything.

    These screens would be much less annoying and aggravating if there was a pause of some kind on everything going on while they happened. I don't know if that kind of coding would be possible, but at the very least these things wouldn't keep getting a lot of us killed =/.

    This is still happening to me :/
    I've also fallen through the world a number of times when using 2 hander charge skill.

    Amazes me that ZOS make it obvious they do not care. All they need to do is post ONE acknowledgement post...
