rosy_ariete✭✭✭NoIn my opinion it won't be necessary, I think that if everybody will start to use the grouping tool (with little upgrades by ZOS for choosing classes, levels and so on, 'cause it lacks of many options) everything would work just fine.

YesMy answer is Yes, I have no idea why LFG tool is not working it is such a basic idea, once you have it in the game, it should work.
In the early stages of the SWTOR we didn't have the group finder also but we created well known LFG channels and it worked. If you are interested you subscribe to the channel if not then not.
At the moment, sitting in dungeon Zone and spamming Zone chat for 1 hour to form a group is annoying like hell, because of the family life I don't have a time to sit there and only spam Zone chat for 1 hour.
When I have time, I want to play and do something useful, so it will be great if the LFG tool works or a chat will exist that during questing, I can keep an eye on it to find a group.0 -
Endurance✭✭✭not just LFG channels, you should be able to join any zone chat channel you want just by typing it in the chat because alot of zones are completely dead with no chattter just system messagesI'm outta here0 -

Sacklunch✭✭NoThis is not much different than simply spamming LFG in zone chat which is what everyone already does. The only difference is there would be even more people spamming in it..... What we really need and is much simpler to add is a global static posting board where you can simply put one LFG request and wait for any player to reply.0 -
YesI'd prefer a working grouping tool. Right now I can't do my quests because finding a group at low level is extremely difficult.
But.. without a working grouping tool a LFG channel would at least be something..0 -

Fruitmass✭✭✭✭NoI just don't see how it would make much of a difference. Some folks might use it as intended but I guarantee it'll be filled with off track nonsense of the usual variety and end up putting people off to the point of being rendered useless. Plus pretty sure people will still end up spamming normal chat as well as lfg channel because some folks think they're being clever that way.

AssaultLemming✭✭✭✭YesI would love this. Plenty of other games have these and they work great. Global chat in general would be fantastic. Chat system in eso is far behind the times, most mmos I've played recently allow player created channels.0
