This is roughly what happened. We're in the process of fixing the issue where only 2 of 3 upgrades would show on your mount. In simplest terms, only part of this fix went into this patch and as a result, none of the visual upgrades are currently appearing. Again, this is strictly visual - your upgrades are still there, and it only affects those who have all 3 upgrades. This will likely be fully fixed in our next incremental patch.

For 2): 6% means 6% less ingredients are required to make the food or drink. However, due to rounding up, you will still need (1) item each to make the recipes. No, this does not stack when making multiple copies, sorry. But it is more "effective." Sort of.

What? That makes no sense whatsoever, as every recipe only requires one of each needed ingredient. Either you're trolling or you misread the patch notes, which specifically state that the effectiveness of crafted food/drink was buffed by 6%.
[*] I also found that a yellow v10-14 magica cost reduction glyph (200) only drops the cost by 98 - not 200, wth is going on??
