Patch........

Not trying to start another ***** thread but some of the things they put in this patch, arent working. I would love to get some more help with testing but I havent seen a single difference.

They said:
  1. If you contribute to killing a boss in a Cyrodiil delve, you will now be granted a 60-minute AP buff which increases your AP gains by 20%.
( no noticable difference at all, 20% should be significant )
  2. Increased the effectiveness of crafted food and drinks by approximately 6%
(health, stam and magica all the same as before......where is the 6%)
  3. I also found that a yellow v10-14 magica cost reduction glyph (200) only drops the cost by 98 - not 200, wth is going on??
  4. And of course, the best one of all......the *** mounts still are stopping for no reason (everywhere before you ask again) and not showing all visual upgrades.
Which you out right stated was coincidently left out here:

Probably more of a "we knew it was an issue, but didn't have time to fix it before patch" type of thing. Not game breaking enough to delay a patch for.

This is roughly what happened. We're in the process of fixing the issue where only 2 of 3 upgrades would show on your mount. In simplest terms, only part of this fix went into this patch and as a result, none of the visual upgrades are currently appearing. Again, this is strictly visual - your upgrades are still there, and it only affects those who have all 3 upgrades. This will likely be fully fixed in our next incremental patch.

"We have all sent in tickets/bug reports about this and you guys act like it was never done. This response here proves it......."
Do us a favor: next time you run into the issue where your mount will just stop for no apparent reason, can you let us know the exact location? We have been seeing this reported quite a bit, but locations would help speed up the investigating process. Thank you!

This is ridiculous......really, it happens "EVERYWHERE"

All help in confirming the first 3 would be greatly appreciated....

For 2): 6% means 6% less ingredients are required to make the food or drink. However, due to rounding up, you will still need (1) item each to make the recipes. No, this does not stack when making multiple copies, sorry. But it is more "effective." Sort of.

I don't believe that it is. Perhaps it's one of those times when the "visual" is off, but the stats are improved anyway. Like you and many others, thought this should raise the quality of the food and drink as well.

For 4): It's a good thing the mounts don't come with windshields. Helmets on!!

What? That makes no sense whatsoever, as every recipe only requires one of each needed ingredient. Either you're trolling or you misread the patch notes, which specifically state that the effectiveness of crafted food/drink was buffed by 6%.

Reduction glyphs doesn't take away literally 200 away from the magicka cost. You have to consider percentage (I actually don't know the real amount), but there was a thread regarding it. Again just because a spell is 2000 magicka cost, doesn't mean a magicka cost reduction glyph of 200 will be reduced by that amount (it is less than that - based on percentage etc.)

The 20% increase in AP gains is indeed working.

    Simple example;

When repairing a keep wall you gain 27 AP. If the 20% buff to AP gain is active then you gain 32 AP per repair.

These AP gains count towards any activity that gives AP, quest turn-ins included.
