Cannot Click on Resume, Settings, Controls, or Add-Ons!

Is anyone else experiencing this bug?
I was playing yesterday and halfway through the time I was on I suddenly started experiencing a bug where when I press escape and it brings up the main menu with Resume, Settings, Controls, Add-Ons, Log Out, and Quit I can only click on the last two. When hovering over Log Out or Quit I can see the text sort of highlight and I'm able to click on them. But I can hover and click all I want on the other 4 options and NOTHING happens. I sent in a bug-report in-game but I thought I would ask here in case anyone else is also experiencing this. I have tried quitting the game and restarting, but it didn't help. It's doing this on all my characters on both the American and European Servers.
I started noticing it while I was in the midst of reassigning some keys. I'd been tweaking Add-On settings before that and was able to click on things like normal, then while I was in the Controls section it suddenly started being very spotty as to whether or not it would highlight and let me click on the action I was trying to change the keybinding for. It seemed as though it had gotten skewed and I had to click slightly down and to the right from where I would normally have clicked to get it to work. After I left the menu and went back into the game I have been unable to click on any of those main menu options as described above. I've even tried clicking off to the side of the words to see if, like the key-bindings, the clickable area is just skewed but after clicking methodically all over the screen I've had no results. The keys I changed on that one character were only the key for Ultimate Ability and one for the Photographer Add-On - though I don't know how that could have had any effect on those main menu options becoming non-clickable.
I am able to click on Settings and Add-Ons BEFORE entering the game while in the character selection page, but not all of the options are available for Settings there, and Controls isn't an option, so that doesn't solve my problem. These aren't things I need to get into all the time, but it's definitely a problem nonetheless.
My mouse is fine, I can click on everything in the game just like usual except for these menu options.

Does this issue occur if your add ons are disabled? To check this, please head to My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live, grab the Add Ons folder, and move it to your desktop. Try logging in and let us know if the menu options work.
If they do work, it's likely an add on gone astray, and your best bet is to add them back one by one to see which one is causing the issue.
If the menu options continue not to work, let us know and we'll be happy to continue helping.
In all cases, you can restore all of your add ons by simply restoring the folder from the desktop to its original location.1 -

✭✭✭This is why every patch I turn off add ons, run repair and restart in case some files bugged during download0 -
lord_dal✭✭✭I have now tested enabeling the addons one by one, and the one thats causing the problem for me atleast is "alchemist"
with that disabled it works fine.1 -

Thank you so much! Deactivating Alchemist fixed it for me as well. I'd tried turning off a bunch of other addons but hadn't gotten to testing that one yet when I saw your answer. I'm so thankful to have that sorted out. It wasn't one of the 'out of date' ones so it still active even though it obviously needs some fixing.0
