[Bug] Stuck in cyrodil dungeon after reaching veteran rank

So I just leveled from level 49 to veteran 1 in muckwater valley dungeon in cyrodil (blackwater blade non veteran cmpaign) and now the game wont let me out of the dungeon 
Tried walking out, dieing and tping to nearest wayshrine and /stuck command:
All 3 lead to a stuck loading screen after which I have to restart the game to find myself in the same dungeon
Help me get out please, just as I reached veteran i was looking forward to the new possibilities but ive been stuck in the dungeon for the last hour

✭Typically in this game if you're stuck in an instance eventually the game will kick your character out, not sure what the time is but it's at least an hour, maybe longer. Many have experienced this, whether you need to be logged out I don't know.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Make another campaign your guest or home campaign then travel to it.
That said, you can also get stuck in a cyrodiil delve if the campaign is full and has a queue, you cant enter cyrodiil again and are stuck in the delve, you are then forced to travel to another campaign to leave. Its stupid.
