Subscribed for ESO Membership, have not yet recieved my 1500 crowns.

As the title says, I subbed for ESO Membership about 5 days ago, and I have not recieved the first load of my 1500 montly crowns, of which your FAQ says will be granted at the beginning of the membership period.
I do have my 500 + 8 months of subscription (1300) crowns though.

Ahrien✭I had been waiting for my crowns for a full week before giving up and asking for a refund.
I paid for a month of ESO plus last monday. CS told me they would be running a script by the end of the week to fix the issue. Today I still don't have my crowns.
Guess Bethesda is not really interested in people becoming ESO plus members.0
