[BUG x3] Hireling Mats and Guild Store purchase going to wrong characters / Magelight option.

1. Sometimes when I purchase an item from a guild store (not one i belong to but ones setup outside cities like Grahtwood) the item goes to the inventory of another character?
2. Sometimes I log onto a character and it will get mail from a Hireling that I don't even have skilled for that belongs to another character.

Mail is a global system in the game, and the inbox is consistent between all of your characters. It's possible that you're receiving mail that was intended for another character that only appeared after relogging.
It only appears to happen for the Provisioning hireling materials; all other professions go to the intended character.
EDIT: Added another bug I experience:
3. Despite having the Magelight option turned off in options; half the time the orb still shows up, really annoying. It would be nice if they compounded this option for the fire orb with Dragon Knight's "Inferno" as well.0
