[BUG] Enchanting Value Level Progression Not Working: VR1-9

I posted this originally as a question but received no official response.

Next day I posted it in the Crafting section. http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/160577. Someone suggested I post it here but I figured I should give it another day.

I filed a bug report but I don't expect a response to those.

I have a ticket in. Received no answer. Filed another ticket two days ago with links to the following screen shots.

Same value for all four despite each being a different level bracket. Still no response from support.

The Monumental Glyph of Stamina does show a higher value. No matter the aspect rune the brackets report identical values. Tried it at different enchanting stations. Same result.

Something like this warrants an official response. Clearly. Thank you

My apologies, in advance, if this annoys any players.

But I have been patient. This deserves a company response. Thus I will bump this every three hours until it gets one.
