[Feedback] No stables in or near Northpoint and Fells Run

After completing the areas quests, there are no stables in or near those locations. Please add stables.

    There do need to be more stables in the World, even if they are not ones we can train at.

    I do like the one in Shornhelm though, just down the steps from the Wayshrine. I am there at least once a day when in that zone. I am taking my Templar through Caldwells Silver currently in that zone.
