Having issues login in - Error codes
Good evening all!
The past days Ive had a blast returning to the world of ESO.
However starting today I can't log in to the game! It started with error code 108 and 201.
I searched the forums and the internet and found the sticky post about the meaning of error codes.
The following things ive tried:
- Restart PC
- Restarted launcher/game
- Started with administrator rights
- Repaired
- Disable Virusscan (Microsoft Security Essentials)
- The steps mentioned for the designated error codes in the sticky post
However nothing works so far!
The past 2 hours it seemed to have swapped the error for a 200, but since I can't find any news from others having this issue Ive decided to ask on the forum! I hope we find the cause and a solution soon so I can return to the lovely world!

Nefrast✭✭✭After login and selecting a character I get about 1-2 minutes the loading screen, then I get kicked back to the login form with a message "Error: <<1>>". This is on the EU server. I tried it 5 or 6 times during the last 15 minutes, every time the same.
But I will neither restart my PC, nor will I disable any antivirus, nor start the game as administrator.Edited by Nefrast on March 25, 2015 7:24PM0 -

so am i supposed to re install the entire 40gb game again?
since it crashes roughly every 45 minutes and as added bonus sometimes the crashes break the game and repair or re install is needed.
looks like its just broken on your end since i have no other internet issues. i also have no other games that crash every 45 minutes... just this one

dirtyheadySoul Shrivensame here was playing the game, and i got booted from game back to login screen. with out anny reason given.
tryed to login again, i had to agree with the terms again, and got evry error code thats on the forum.
i know my connection is good 300mb/sec, and have no trouble with anny other game ,
did not have anny trouble with this game, from jan/2014 til patch 1.6
afther that patch thing at your end kinda f.. up

✭✭✭✭Same here! First 201 and then 200. Everything on my side works fine except connecting to ESO, located in Germany, and our TeamSpeak server, apparently located in Poland. So it might not actually be a problem with ESO.0 -
Maybe a little update:
I tried to add ports, called my ISP, restarted my router, turned off firewal and virusscan all together, ran another repair, removed all the addons and yet it did not fix anything! I never had this issue untill today.
Im Dutch - my internet connection is coming from KPN.
ESO is the only game giving me issues atm, im starting to think it might be server related rather then client related!Edited by klcvanderlemb16_ESO on March 25, 2015 8:40PM0 -

1. Im trying to connect to the European Server.
2. Im Dutch, trying to connect from Holland ofc, Zuid Holland to be exact.
3. My ISP Is KPN
Hope it gets sorted soon! Thanks for trying your hardest.
EDIT:
On your facebook page alot of Dutch people seem to have gathered. Most of us have KPN and seem to have issues since today! Some other dutch people having a different ISP (Like UPC) seem to be doing just fine. Might be valuable information.

Elsewhere on the forum the following was posted:
There seems to be a large service disruption with Dutch ISP KPN, which is probably also affecting other ISP's in the Netherlands, due to KPN being the former state-owned monopolist whose cables and what not are used by other companies too.

FehunTyrSoul ShrivenLooks like KPN got things under control. Managed to get ingame. Will report back in if I encounter any new issues.
