ESO Plus Membership not awarding Crowns at time of payment

Yesterday I suscribed to 1 month of ESO Plus just to get the 1500 Crowns I was missing to upgrade to the Imperial pack.
More than 12h later, I have not yet received the 1500 Crowns I am entitled to, event if my paypal account has been charged. In fact, my account page states that I have 29 days left of ESO Plus and my chars have the in-game buff.
I have already contacted CS, and hope to get this fixed ASAP, but be aware that you may NOT receive the Crowns at time of payment.

It bugs me that an account-related issue needed nearly 48 hours to get their attention, but maybe they do have a lot of account related issues from other people too.

Right now the banner on the ticket page says there's a 3-5 day delay in handling tickets so you're doing well if they've started on it already. Terrible service I agree, we saw as bad and even worse last year before player numbers tanked.To be fair, they seem to be looking at the issue.

Ahrien✭Well, they got back at me and after asking me a screenshot of my available crowns (can't they check this info themselves?), they said that they'll be running a script later this week and that this script SHOULD fix my issue and award the 1500 crowns.
And then added that if I don't have my crowns next monday I should contact them again.
I cannot say I am satisfied with this answer. They offered me a refund, that's true, but what I really want is the 1500 crowns I am missing to enhance my account to the Imperial Edition and start feeding my horses for inventory space, which right now is my biggest issue.
Of course I can wait a few more days, and I am enjoying the other benefits of the ESO plus (namely the xp buff and lowered research time) but I am pissed nonetheless.

rosarose✭✭It seems like it's a problem for me too, I had a 3 month ongoing subsribtion and they billed me for the next 3 months the 23. march, but I haven't recieven any crowns yet either. I am hoping it will get fixed in the patch0

Well, that I didn't know. I checked it yesterday and you are right, you can start training your riding skill even before you get your first horse.It seems like it's a problem for me too, I had a 3 month ongoing subsribtion and they billed me for the next 3 months the 23. march, but I haven't recieven any crowns yet either. CS told me they're running a script later this week to fix this issue; hopefully this will fix both yours crowns and mine.0 -

No you can't, until you have an active horse the Stable NPC will only offer you the horse price list, you only get the Stable option (which is where you buy points) when you have a mount.Edited by fromtesonlineb16_ESO on March 26, 2015 10:07AM0 -

So how did you get the Stables menu becuase when I tried it on a new character on a new account I couldn't. Talking to the Stables NPC I got the horse price-list, only after I'd activated a horse did I get the Stables menu.fromtesonlineb16_ESO wrote: »

Ahrien✭TBH I did nothing special. I have a couple of characters that have not yet began to train their riding skill; will check with them later today.
But I can confirm that I have two characters training their first point (speed one, capacity the other) and I don't have a horse with any of them.Edited by Ahrien on March 26, 2015 2:02PM0 -

Ahrien✭I don't have the Imperial Edition. The whole thread is because I wanted to upgrade the Imperial Edition and I still don't have the 1500 crowns I am missing to purchase it.0

Ahrien✭Well, one week later I still don't have my crowns.
I asked for a refund.
On a side note, I double checked the Riding Skill training thing.
- None of my characters has a horse
- I can train the capacity, speed or stamina of my non-horses every 20 hours for 250 g for all my characters.0 -
