1.6/2.0 update screwed up my imperial templar's hair color.

i not sure which one as 1.5 I wore the seadrake disguise 100% of time, and from launch of 1.6-2.0 (i barely if any got on Templar due to her not being veteran ranked at the time so was grinding champ points on my nightblade) which 1.6 changed the seadrake outfit from no helm to having a helm hiding the hair until just last week i turned on the no helm feature in settings thus seeing my Templars hair for the first time since before 1.6 dropped.

the issue is that i created my Templar with a very specific look in mind. that look consists of golden blonde hair, (her name is chiaki minami from anime minami-ke who has blonde hair). this change to drab brown ruins the look completely. i have submitted a ticket with zero resonse now. so now i taking to forums to try to get this fixed. i don't care how its fixed, as long as my Templar's hair color is changed back to the original golden blonde look from when i created her.

so roughly 24 hours on post, no response plus no response after nearly a week since ticket submitted. hope this isn't how zos is going to keep treating subbed members.

I will be honest. Noone has ever heard of this issue. I don't think this is possible even.

Your character's appearance may change for the following reasons:
    • Becoming vampire
    • Wearing a disguise
    • Wearing a costume
    • Being on a specific quest

I don't think the support has a gallery of screenshots for your character. So even if you are right and the patch somehow changed your appearance...we all know if it would be possible to customize a character after it's creation, it would already be in the crown store.
I have approximate knowledge of many things.

Adjust your gamma setting in the games settings menu, adjust the color on your monitor. That's all that you can do, is adjust your settings to make it lighter and more vivid.
1.5 introduced a lighting change in game.

Good god. Is it minimum graphic settings?
I don't even see any "hair". Just yellow texture and brown texture.

fact remains, i have just proved by showing 1.5 and 1.6 screenshots of the same character with differing colored hair.

so still hasn't been fixed. getting very disappointed with zos. they change my imperial Templars hair color then refuse to fix it. I have posted pictures proving the fact that the hair color changed and yet still they refuse. sad how little they care for the players who PAY the sub fees.

    Hey there @AzuraKin,

Please bear in mind that support is currently experiencing higher than usual volumes, and it may take between three and 5 days for your ticket to receive a response. We do understand that character customization is extremely important, and our support team will do their best to assist you. While we currently do not have the ability to edit a character's appearance, support can have a look into what happened and see if there are any potential workarounds. Thanks for your patience.

FTC runs a large logic update every frame checking many things, you would have a better framerate without it, or at least without the damage text and meter.
