Tickets?

Hey Guys,

I've submitted some ingame tickets for some assistance due to an account issue, Now i know this can take sometime to be resolved however i'm worried that the fact that normally you get email confirmations that the ticket has been received....you get given a reference number and all that stuff.

but i haven't i've checked my spam emails and nothing is there, I'm more confused as of how they're going to contact me.

any ideas anyone?

In my experience ZOS don't send out e-mails simply telling you a ticket has been created, either in-game or on the website, the first you hear is when a CS rep. responds to it.

In-game there is no way to cut/paste the ticket number so I always open a ticket using the website:

    https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask/

How did you open a ticket? In-game there is /bug which won't get you a reply and /help which will.

Note this text is currently on the website ticket page:
We are currently experiencing more requests than expected. Current wait time is 3 to 5 Days.

Well, I've created two, One was ingame going to Help > Customer support > Ask for help and the second was on the website on the section that you linked :)

so it's normal to not get a acknowledgement email which is fine, I was just concerned :)

    Hey there @Ryzo,

It's normal to not receive a confirmation email, so no worries! We checked into your ticket history and we see everything is in the right place, so you will receive an answer as soon as possible. Thanks so much for your patience.
